Wind Turbine Lubrication System for CR Power

Brief Introduction:
We provided lubrication system for Vestas V52 wind turbine in China Resources Power Holdings Co., Ltd. According to the customer’s demands, we chose 2 lube points in main shaft, 2 in yaw gear ring and 18 in variable propeller.
Lubrication Equipment for the Main Shaft：
ALP1022 lubrication system, including an ALP1022 grease pump(without grease ), a monitor, 1 set distributor, tie, pipe, etc.
Lubrication Equipment for the Yaw Gear Ring:
ALP1022 lubrication system, including an ALP1022 grease pump(without grease ), a monitor, 1 set distributor, 2 gears, tie, pipe, etc.
Lubrication Equipment for the Variable Propeller:
ALP1022 lubrication system, including an ALP1022 grease pump(without grease ), a monitor, 3 distributors, 18 0.5L grease collector and 3ties.
Our Cooperation with CR Power:
Apart from this project, we undertook many others with CR Power, such as yaw and variable propeller lubrication for Vestas V80 MK5 wind turbine, etc.
