ATK Controller
Siemens PLC is used as the central controller, and the network is connected with each pump station through the RS485 communication bus.
1.Real-time monitoring of the operation status of each lubrication pump station;
2.Real-time monitoring of the running status of each integrated fat-replenishing pump;
3.HMI displays information such as the working times of the distributor, the high and low
liquid levels of the lubrication pump, and the low liquid level of the oil dispenser;
4.Alarm in case of failure;
5.Automatic/manual control mode, through the chain signal with the host, the sub-area and
the host work synchronously;
6.Each pump station parameter query setting.
