Double Line Centralized Lubrication System
Dual line auto lubrication system could connect differently accordding to actual need.The dual grease distributor could be connected in series, parallel, or mixed use of series and parallel.The grease pressure sensor that is in the end of grease distributor is used to detect the running state of auto lubrication system. One whole dual line central lubrication system is mainly composed of dual line grease pump, dual line distributor, oil pressure sensor, monitor and accessories.
The dual-line lubrication pump is used to lubricate different parts of the equipment regularly and quantitatively as required. The pump enables the lubricating parts of the equipment to be reasonably lubricated to reduce the friction resistance and contact wear, and decrease the friction surface temperature. Meanwhile, it plays a supporting role of rust prevention, shock absorption, and sealing.
It applies to mechanical equipment for wind power, metallurgy, electric power, harbor, and mine, ship, crane, woodworking, food, construction project, etc.
