KJ, KM, KL series of single-line progressive distributors
KJ, KM, KL series of single-line progressive distributors are applicable to single-line centralized lubrication system with intensive lube points, different grease consumption and frequent grease supply, forming master and slave distribution systems for zone based lubrication.
It consists of supply part, end part and intermediate part with 3 to 8 pieces depending on designed grease delivery and number of grease outlets, which are made of middle carbon structural alloy steel. The normal distributor outlet is located on both sides of the distributor. A spare outlet is provided on the top of it. Inside the outlet of each intermediate part, there is a check valve thoroughly preventing grease from back flow due to back pressure at lube point to ensure actual grease delivery from the outlets at fixed amount.
