DRB-P series of electric grease pump
As a conveyor of grease supply, the DRB-P series of electric grease pump apply to dry and thin grease based single- and double-line centralized lubrication systems with high frequency of lubrication, long piping, and intensive lube points. It may be also provided with movable trolley, hose, grease gun and cable, constituting movable electric grease pump unit. It applies to single equipment for movable grease supply with low lubrication frequency, less lube points, high grease delivery, difficult to realize central lubrication. This series of grease pump is electrically operated with plunger under high pressure. The operating pressure may be randomly adjustable within the range of nominal pressure. The unit is designed with double overload protection. The grease storage drum is fitted with automatic grease level alarm. If equipped with electrical control box, the grease pump can realize fully automatic control of double-line centralized lubrication system and monitors the system.

It uses grease with penetration not less than 220(25℃，150g)1/10mm (NLGI0 # -3 # )and grease with viscosity grade greater than N68.
