AISL1000 Smart Centralized Lubrication System
The smart centralized lubrication system delivers grease to the lube points via grease pump, ball valve, filter, smart distributor and distributor. The grease delivery and supplying time of each lube point (distributor) may be set with human machine interface (HMI). The smart distributor is fitted with a flow meter and solenoid valve. The grease feed of each distributor may be controlled by the solenoid valve. The flow meter performs real-time monitoring of the actual grease delivery of lube points (distributors).
The unit operates as per the preset program. Trigger the lubrication manually or at the end of time countdown to the OFF state. Start the grease pump and the pressurized grease will be delivered to the distributor via the smart distributor. And, the grease will be distributed to the lube points by the distributor. The flow rate detects the real-time grease delivery of the system and sent to the smart distributor, allowing the grease pump being stopped when the amount filled is up to the setpoint. The whole supply process of the system is finished and next operating cycle is readily available.
